Scroll 360 Degrees

A new home in the first new concrete and steel-built condominiums in NE Portland in more than a decade. Portland-developed and Portland-designed by PHK Development and Hacker Architects, respectively.

Hacker was recently recognized as an Architect 50 firm for the third straight year, a list that ranks the top 50 architectural firms in the U.S.

Community Spaces

TwentyTwenty has an interior courtyard that brings light to the core of the building, and embraces the area’s geological history. It also has a fully equipped outdoor social area with fire pit, barbecue, and plenty of lounge and upright seating.

Full-service staff empowered to resolve nearly any issue brought to them. Need them to sign for a package, manage an in-home service while you are out, or welcome your guests? TwentyTwenty’s concierge is there to free up our residents’ time.

Bike Lounge

TwentyTwenty will have an expansive bike lounge with a dedicated entrance, bike lobby, bike wash, bike repair and maintenance area. There will be 265 bicycle parking spaces within the building, including 88 spaces in the gated bike lounge.

Leed Platinum

TwentyTwenty’s developer, architect and construction teams have each achieved LEED Platinum status for previous projects, and are targeting that highest U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) designation for TwentyTwenty. Materials are kept honest with wood floors, exposed concrete and quality construction. Energy and water efficiency are paramount. Even building placement and transit access are designed to LEED standards that will positively impact residents, and result in the creation of legacy architecture that fosters community and co-exists seamlessly with its environment.
